Hello, this is Doris Ecker, and I want to thank you for joining me in this program. Would you please just sit back and listen through this introduction tape before you do anything else regarding the Body and Misdevelopment Program. Just please remain completely mentally flexible, and until after you have experienced an overview of the total program, please don't make any upfront judgments regarding the program as a whole. In order to accomplish any objective, there are two fundamental steps which must be taken. First, there must be a desire for change and a decision made to make that change. Secondly, one must begin to take action. Congratulations, you have taken both of those steps already.

By obtaining the tapes, you have made the decision for change, and you have taken action. I'm going to take a few minutes now and ask you to mentally move along with me as I draw some comparative analogies. Let's do a little less pretending. This program can, in many ways, be similarly compared to the remodeling of a house. Let's just begin by pretending that you're an employee of a large, large corporation. It's a very successful company. You're doing very well with the company, but in order to gain a promotion, it was suggested that you had to move to a different city and establish a new residence.

Now the home into which you would relocate was offered as part of your remuneration, so you agonized over it, talked about it, and you made a decision to change. And you did in fact gather your things up and move to a new location. When you arrived in your new location, you looked around and then you selected a good, sturdy, well-built house that seemed to be the appropriate size to fit your current needs. So with great enthusiasm you began your new life. Things went very well. Let's assume the years passed and you really had learned to love the location of your home, but you needed to do some extra things to improve the house. So let's just pretend that you built on, let's say, two huge, ornate, natural stone fireplaces.

And then, oh, you added a partial second floor. Maybe you put a beautiful balcony across the full length of the front of the house. Maybe you did that, basically, in natural stone also to enhance the beauty. And you had a good strong foundation. And you did, in fact, find that the foundation could support the added weight and size at that time. But then more time passed. Maybe the family grew.

And maybe you wanted to change the single roof to a lovely red tile. Then you decided to finish completing the entire second story. Wow! Then you decided to build a cantilevered patio around the entire end of the second floor. Now this was spectacular, because this too was constructed of matching natural stone. So, uh-oh, without reinforcing the foundation, the additions were completed. Well, now, the oh-my-goodness happened. You began to notice cracks appearing along the foundation. And as the weeks passed, you found not only there were cracks in the foundation, but the structure actually started to sag and tilt off-center, just like the leaning tower of Pisa.

You hadn't enlarged the air in his system either. You thought you could save a little on that. And you began to realize all too late that the air pump was running continuously and could no longer service the entire house. Now you even found that the ducts themselves were beginning to be pinched off as the sagging continued and the narrowing of the ducts continued. Think about it a minute. This is possibly exactly what you've done to your body.

Your foundation was perfectly suited to your needs in the beginning, but as time passed, you just added a little size here and a little size there, and oh, here a little, there a little, everywhere a little, little. Finally, it grew into lots here and lots there. And the inevitable happened. Your foundation could not adequately support the added size and weight. You lost your center of balance, and ultimately your foundation began to weaken and deteriorate. Your heart, which is your circulation pump, had to increase its load tremendously, and you likely cut down on exercise because of the added load of weight you found you were carrying around with you everywhere.

The circulation system was placed in severe stress and your very own house, in which you live every moment of your life fell into total jeopardy. The feared thing then came to pass. The county inspector came to your home and condemned your house. He told you that unless you remodeled the structure and reinforced the foundation, you would literally have to vacate the premises. Let's equate that inspector to our medical doctor.

You're now in real trouble if you don't move along with positive action and get your health back in order. Now let's assume you decide to make the changes necessary. You call in a building contractor, and he carefully works out a thorough plan of action. He'll require a set of structure guidelines and building permits and instructions, but that will only, oh, it will require just a small financial investment. Basically just the cost of building codes and tools. He then offers to do the remodeling work at no additional cost, but does guarantee satisfaction and inspection approval, providing you do your share and do the following. You must make a comprehensive list of changes you want made in your overall structure. And then you must make a detailed picture of exactly the way you want your structure and house to appear when completed.

Now he insists that you have that ultimate finished picture posted in every room in the house. Just as a guideline blueprint. He also required that you spend an hour to a day for a few weeks to carefully listen to the changes as he outlined them in detail and allowed you to comprehensively outline your guidelines in what you expect. You actually have to do nothing. He can do it. You just have to keep outlining the picture in vivid detail and listen, listen, and listen. Why, you can even just lay around dozing during most of the listening.

But he requires that much time every day to go over his details. Now, when you're finished, you're guaranteed that the structure will be exactly as you want it to be. Completely in balance, trimmed beautifully, finished in every detail, and in total harmony with everything around you in your neighborhood. Now, were you given that option on your home, would you do it? Well, of course you'd do it. You'd do it without blinking an eyelid or wasting a moment.

Well, that's exactly what we have here. An opportunity to remodel yourself with no more effort than I just stated. Of course you'll do it. And you will succeed. Let's look at your body exactly as if it were a house in which you live. It's only a structure and it can be remodeled, reshaped and reduced or enlarged exactly as you wish. This program is exactly that simple in concept and is a blueprint for the finished product. Now please remove any preconceived ideas you might have regarding this program or any other program to which you've been exposed in the past.

I don't want you to think about those for a minute. If I could only tell you three things, I'd tell you the following. The things you must have to accomplish your goal or deed. Number one, a desire for change and a decision to make that change and then take action. These things you have already done. Number two, establish a vivid, vivid image of the goal you wish to obtain and keep it in the forefront of your mind constantly. And use the programming tape. Use the tape. Use the tape. Use the tape. If I could say that to you 500 times, There is nothing, absolutely nothing more important than setting a vivid goal image and using the tapes. Ultimately, nothing else in this entire program is of any importance. You'll see that, but you'll only see it when you're through the program, but you've got to use the face.

It's the reinforcement of images and the entrenchment of ideas that are the key to your changes. Now I'm sure you're as weary as I am of being treated as if you have no intelligence. We're continually bombarded with for your own good. We get that from the government, management, relatives, you name it, we get it from them. And it covers every subject known to mankind. They tell us how to save our money, how to spend our taxes, what we should eat, what we can't eat. It goes on and on and on. And I consider it an insult to my dignity and personal intelligence. Well, we're intelligent entities, and we're quite capable of thinking reasonably for ourselves. Therefore, at this point, I'm going to discuss the use of this program as a whole, and let you handle it as an intelligent individual. There'll be many of you who have obtained this program simply because you wish to change your mental programming so that you can effortlessly maintain the attractive body which is probably struggled and worked and struggled and maintained and worked to achieve.

But it's always a battle. Perhaps you only wish to reshape it a bit here and there. But you don't actually need or desire to discard much excess fat. Just rearrange it. But you constantly have to struggle with it. And at the present time, you think about it an awful lot. Well, you'll absolutely and permanently negate the need for giving further thoughts the matter if you stick with us for a while. You can begin to function exactly as you wish, totally, automatically. This program used with that goal in mind and your wise selection of the appropriate tape programming will give you a hundred percent total success every time.

There are others of you who wish only to lose a few inches here and there and a bit of excess fat padding. Maybe in the amount you would ordinarily think of as losing five to fifteen pounds. If this is your need, then you certainly don't need a lengthy, restricted program to reach your goals unless you're in a big hurry for personal reasons that we don't know about. You simply need to establish something comfortable and suitable for you for a long-range period of time. You want to reach your envisioned goal and ensure maintenance of that desired goal. And you're sick of the struggle. Well this program used with selective discretion is wonderful for ensuring that success. Then there are those of you who fit into either of the before mentioned categories. And I suggest that after you have had a complete overview of the case, that means listening through both sides of all the tapes.

Get a comprehensive picture of the entire program, and then you'll know which of the tapes you personally need to use the most. Now, you'll need to experience the tapes the same number of times, if that's the key to success. But you may wish to substitute the more suitable tapes for those of which you feel you have little or no need. You're perfectly capable of evaluating the program as a total and set up a plan completely suitable to your individual needs. Now there's all of you, like me, who find a way inside, got completely out of control, and every method known to mankind has been tried and failed.

And there's all of you, like myself, who in this category, this is your ultimate, total, and permanent solution. You'll succeed if you only follow the guidelines completely and comprehensively, there will be 100% success. Now it doesn't matter if you, quote, blow the program, end quote, occasionally, or unnecessarily happen yesterday. We're going to say, just pick up where you left off. Get back on the schedule and continue the number of days remaining.

You don't, for instance, have to start the entire week all over again if, say, you miss the fourth day. You may treat the fifth day as if it were the fourth day and move on. Forgive yourself, love yourself, and just keep moving. Hold your vivid image always out front in your mind and listen to the tapes, the numbers, the times outlined for you and you'll succeed. There's no way you can fail. You must like yourself and love yourself. You're not a failure for missing a day or blundering at any given time. You simply missed a day. There's nothing more to it than that.

You just missed a day. So don't make a federal case of it? Well, is it extra time or food or your favorite treats? You obviously need to be reminded of the fact that you're a wonderful person and you deserve all the good things you desire. Come on, if you think no one cares about you or loves you, remember one very important thing. I love you and I care deeply that you love and respect yourself. Give yourself a little hug if there's no one else around to do it for you. You live with yourself 24 hours of every day of your life.

Who better to love you than yourself? This program is produced in a totally structured outline on a day-by-day basis set up to achieve ultimate maximum positive results in the shortest time frame possible. That outline is in the printed material, as well as being outlined on the case. Using instructions in a comprehensive and exact manner is of course the ideal method of obtaining maximum positive desired results. From experience, I encourage you to use the program in an exact manner because you will obtain phenomenal positive results. Let me say this at this point.

If you learn to get into self-hypnosis, set a detailed and vivid goal image of yourself, continually reinforce that image, and listen to the program and take the numbers of times given as a guideline. The miracle is that you will end up doing all the necessary things in quite a natural and automatic manner in order to achieve your goal. It's because most people are not aware of how the subconscious mind functions and because it is a different concept. The steps in the program have to be experienced.

For some of you who understand hypnosis and perhaps have even worked with a hypnotist, you'll move along very rapidly. And for all of you, the learning self-hypnosis tape number 100B may be very rapidly mastered in only a short period of time and minimum amount of use. I do stress that it's absolutely mandatory that you experience the learning tape at least one time through, no matter how experienced you might be with use of hypnosis. The reason is that I outline some very vivid images and intricate detail. As well as setting up some mental guidelines, which will be referred to at other times in every induction.

And to follow along easily, you're going to have to have those picture images in your mind to match mine as I describe them. It's important that you can visualize clearly as I give directions, because the most valuable tool in this program is our tape 103A and B. We're going to go back into your past experiences, into your memories, if you will. We're going to isolate, recognize, and formulate solutions to past problems relating to your eating problems now.

You're going to find a lot of things back there. And in order to accomplish this, You've got to have a little bit deeper level of relaxed state. In fact, even being experienced in trance achieval, most of you are going to find it will take several times of using take 103 A and B to begin to locate past problems and have things flash up into your mind and recognize their relationship to the immediate situation. Don't worry about it. Use it several times. It will begin to emerge. It might well be that you'll only need to experience the learning self-hypnosis tape 100B once or twice to be completely successful at achieving a good and workable state of hypnotic trance.

It might be that others of you may not feel comfortable after working with the tape 15 or 20 times. So use your own individual discretion. If after working with a tape you feel you're not successful, I urge you to listen to tape 100A on the subject of hypnosis in general simply to refresh yourself as to what it is you should expect to experience. You may very well find that you're being successful after all and you just don't recognize the achievement. In all likelihood you will feel as if you have drifted off to sleep. Wonderful! If you become aware the tape player has stopped, or you're aroused by my voice as I count you to the alert state, you've achieved the best possible response.

Please don't allow yourself to get hung up on listening to tape 100 beats 10 times, or 70 times, or 100 times, or 2 times. The first week of experiencing learning self-hypnosis tape 100B is up to you. There's an induction on each of the programming tapes. And after once through 100B, you may find the induction on the following tapes more than adequate. Give them a try and you can determine what is most suitable to you as an individual. We've structured this program in such a way that if you do the following, there is absolutely no way in which you can fail to achieve your goal of success.

Listen as you need to to 100B. Just be sure you can achieve a state of total relaxation. Experience tape 102A. Experience it at least 25 times that week, at least half of those times in a state of relaxed hypnosis. Experience tape 102B at least 25 times during that week, at least half of those in a state of relaxed trance. Then move on to tape 104A 25 times, at least a dozen of those times in a trance. Then 104B 25 times during the week, at least half of those in a state of trance. Then we move on to 105B, and you'll need that one 25 times each week for two weeks.

Half of those times you need to be in a relaxed state of stillness. Now that would total 50 times within that two-week period of time. Then use 105B another 25 times. Be sure half of both times are in the state of trance. And then I urge you to use tape 103A and B just as many times as you can. In addition to the just-mentioned tapes, you've got to go back and find those problems. Now, if you diligently follow the listening outline, you'll have listened at least 175 times by the time you have completed tape 105B.

Now, in each tape, I go over the same ideas in several different ways so that you should have heard the tapes 175 times and you will actually have heard each important idea at least 500 times. Now we consider the, quote, completion number, end quote, or total input maximization to be 490 repetitions. So I think you can recognize the importance of using those tapes over and over and over again. That is your key to success. You can listen to the tapes while driving to and from work, or taking the kids to school, or taking a bath, or getting dressed, or anywhere at any time you find a few spare minutes.

I spend time to listen in the still state of relaxation at least half of the time. But then tell me, who or what could be more important than doing this for yourself? You're the most important person in your life. It is the total entrenchment of an idea within the subconscious mind which determines what your actions will be. It's important. Do it for yourself. After you listen to this introduction, please proceed with the program in this manner. At your first opportunity, simply listen through tape 100A, which is simply a discussion about hypnosis. There's so many misconceptions regarding hypnosis, And on tape 100A, I try to cover enough of the subject to make you totally comfortable It's just a tool There's nothing mystical, nor is there anything occult about hypnosis As I said, it is simply a tool which speeds image acceptance and enables us to work directly with our own subconscious mind Next, please listen through tape 101, A and B. That tape is simply a discussion of the program itself and the principles of goal imaging.

I also generally outline the program's steps and details. You'll want to review that tape occasionally. We've also printed a brief, detailed time outline. That's simply for ready reference and, you know, quick look at to see if you're moving along at your specified rate. Now, if you follow this, I'd like you to move on next to experience a total overview of the program as a whole. Just sit back and listen through the tape as you find the time. It can be either in an alert state or a quiet state, just as you choose.

I simply want you to know of what the entire program consists. This might also be a wonderful opportunity to use tape 100B, that's the learning tape, and decide how you wish to experience that particular tape. You're going to have to experience that tape at least once anyway. So you want to do that at your earliest possible convenience and then you'll be ready to move on. An overview of the entire program will simply give you an opportunity to evaluate your own needs as regards the program and you can then formulate your individual preferences. The mind is an extremely intelligent entity and you're perfectly capable of structuring this program to your very best individual advantage.

You'll know. You can use the tapes in conjunction with absolutely any program you've found successful in the past. It simply enhances any program and ensures success. Just please, keep that open mind and flexible attitude. That's in order to allow maximum positive results. I'm going to emphasize the important points which I feel cannot be stressed strongly enough. It is imperative that you set a vivid, detailed goal image. Keep that image mentally before you at all times and use your tape over and over and over again.

There's no way to over stress the importance of that goal image and the repetitious use of these tapes. Herein lies the entire miracle, goal image and repetition of input, in a trance state preferably. Everything else only enhances the speed with which you move along. Now if you'll please just fast forward your machine, the second half of this introduction discussion is on the reverse side of this tape.
